CutePaw currently delivers within Australia only.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $9.95 AUD for orders under $79, where available.
• Free standard shipping: orders of $79 AUD or more for eligible destinations.

Postcode exclusions may apply. Checkout confirms eligible destinations and the available shipping rate before payment.

Dispatch and delivery

Dispatch and delivery times vary by product, stock availability and destination. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or sent by email is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Regional and remote areas can take longer.

Some products are fulfilled by different Australian supply partners. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels and at different times at no extra charge beyond the shipping amount shown at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address provided with your order. Tracking can take a short time to update after dispatch.

Address details

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if it needs to be changed. Once an order has been dispatched, an address change or redelivery may not be possible and carrier charges may apply.

Delays and delivery issues

If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email hello@cutepaw.com.au with your order number. We will work with the carrier or supply partner to investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
